KamaKari does not accept returns or offer refunds on purchased items unless the wrong item or wrong size was delivered and it differs from what was originally purchased.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the product you received, please contact us at dnllc@gmail.com. We will review the situation and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at dnllc@gmail.com. So we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the policy above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
